Ingrédients

Riz :

• 1¾ tasse (430 ml) d'eau
• 1 tasse (190 g) riz basmati
• 1 cuillère à thé beurre
• ½ cuillère à thé sel

Poivrons colorés :

• ¼ tasse (40 g) poivron vert
• ¼ tasse (40 g) poivron rouge
• ¼ tasse (40 g) poivron jaune
• ¼ tasse (40 g) poivron orange
• 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile
